Helping others has always been a personal and professional goal for me. After spending 23 years in the social services profession, my journey has led me to a reignited passion for a healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity, weight management strategies, and health enhancement programming. The Boomer generation includes many who are 'health seekers'--those who want to stay healthy, active and vital into the later years of life. Being a 'health seeker' myself, I have an understanding of the challenges we face to make positive changes as we age!
