Kim Kalinowski, ACE Certified Personal Trainer: Hello, I am a strong proponent of "progress not perfection" and I believe that each of us is a work in progress and that a lifestyle of fitness should include having FUN! In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer I am a Ski Instructor, certified by Professional Ski Instructors of America. My approach to Personal Fitness Training is to incorporate activities that one already enjoys, introduce some new activities, encourage healthy eating habits and make a lifestyle out of this. I believe being active should be a priority even if, at the beginning, it is just getting out for a walk at lunchtime. I will incorporate the key components of a complete fitness program - cardio, resistance and flexibility training and get you on your way to a healthier, more active lifestyle.
