I have over 20 years experience in the fitness field. I have taught classes for beginning exercisers to senior citizens. I was a wellness coach for approx 3 years and loved the experience. I have unique prespective on reaching and maintaining a healthy body. I enjoy helping people and realize each of us have unique challenges and strengths.
