My name is Leslie and about four years ago I became a stay at home mom. The weight started piling on since, I wasn't working anymore, and I weighed the most I ever have. That's when I decided that I needed to do something about it. I joined a local gym three years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. I love working out and being healthy, I feel so energetic and happy after a work out. So I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer so that I can help people become healthy and feel great about it. I want to pass on the energy and happiness to my clients. I have been training for about two months now and I love it. Getting healthy is definetly a lifestyle change and once you make it you will never feel better about yourself.
