Hello! I am Ernestine Hall, a certified fitness practitioner and specialist for older adults, member of the Wellness Connections team at a NW Missouri regional medical center, educating and personal training individuals and small groups. My experience and professional certifications allow me to address the fitness needs of diverse clients, most age 50 or older, many post-rehab. Personal sessions can be conducted in client homes. Many clients "graduate" to one or more of several community programs I present and instruct to continue their journey of health and wellness, including Tai Chi for Health and balance and fall prevention training.
