I take a holistic approach in training; meaning I not only coach my clients with exercise, but also with the optimal nutrition necessary to achieve their individual goals. Also, thanks to my training in massage therapy school and years working as a personal trainer I have learned enough about the human body to integrate effective injury prevention regimens into my client’s programs. Incorporating nutrition guidance along with the development of a dynamic exercise program tailored to your individual needs will unlock your body’s full potential, and in effect you will not only be able to achieve the results you desire (weight loss, muscle building, strength gains, toning) but will be equipped with the skills to maintain them permanently. Interests & Hobbies Exercising, going on outdoor adventures, learning about fitness and health, and playing guitar and piano. I’m currently training for my first triathlon!
