My holistic perspective enables me to support and motivate people physically, mentally and emotionally. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Holistic Health Counselor and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My specialties include individuals coping with transitions, chronic physical and mental illnesses including anxiety, depression, cancer, diabetes, COPD, arthritis and eating disorders. I love working with people of all ages who don’t necessarily like to “work out” but could imagine sticking to an exercise program if it were fun and they received the information and support they needed. I am sensitive to my clients' limitations and skilled at tapping into their strengths and helping their momentum to soar. Each of my personal training programs is designed to meet clients' immediate and changing needs, and long- and short-term goals.
