I love being a certified Personal Trainer! I am also a fitness competitor (placed Top 20 in Ms. Fitness USA) and professional model. I learned my specialized techniques through years of reading nutrition and fitness books and through transforming my own body from an average level to a great level of fitness and immunity. While going through the transformation (starting at 157 pounds and 5'8"), I was also studying for my ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer certification. I got my certification one month before I reached my body fat goal of 14% (in June 2007). In addition to one-on-one clients, I also teach group fitness classes. My specialty is nutrition and using whole, less processed foods and holistic practices. I also emphasize keeping muscle while losing fat.
