Hello everyone! My name is Stefanie Fuller and I have been in the fitness/wellness industry for 4 years now. Currently I work at a retirement community as a Fitness Specialist, teaching exercise classes and personal training in the gym. I graduated from Salem State College in 2008 with a BS in Sports, Fitness and Leisure with a concentration in Fitness/Wellness and a minor in Biology. My certifications aside from ACE include CPR/First Aid, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Instructor on land and AAAI Aquatics Instructor. My philosophy is to improve the health and well being of others. With that being said I always take into account that an exercise program is up to the individual. I strive to help the participants view exercise as a way of life and not a “chore”. My goal is to make my programs and classes fun, entertaining and as feasible and realistic as possible.
