Nivedita Dempo is an ACE certified personal trainer & the owner of ‘Studio 101’ – a state of the art holistic fitness and wellness centre in Goa, India. Studio 101 offers personalized fitness training, a variety of group fitness classes, physio and massage therapy & steam, access to an in-house nutritionist, and a health cafe offering a variety of healthy snack options. Nivedita is passionate about health & fitness and has been teaching fitness classes for over 3 years. Nivedita teaches Zumba, PIYO, Body Pump & Fusion. Nivedita has successfully led clients to achieve the goals of weight loss, lowered body fat, enhanced flexibility and mobility, lowered cholesterol levels and blood pressure, and improved strength, speed, endurance and overall athletic performance.
