Since I could walk, I danced and tumbled in gymnastics. With my experience in the performing arts, I use my expertise teaching Pilates, dance-inspired classes and other strength condition classes, such as body sculpt. I also created new formats, inspired by dance and fitness that appeal to all ages and dance levels.
