I love working out and have a real passion for exercise. I have been working as a personal trainer since July 2007. I became a certified cancer exercise specialist after battling my own experience with breast cancer in 2017. It is such a pleasure to help others and show them how exercise can change both their mental and physical health. I always want to make sure my clients feel comfortable and I have worked with many clients ranging from the beginner to the most advanced.
