As a personal trainer I have worked with ages 13-81yrs, individuals just out of physical therapy (with various physical/medical issues). I have been a very active martial artist for over 37 years. As a martial artist I have trained individuals for over 35 years in physical fitness and martial arts. I focus on flexibility with passive stretching (yoga type), strength building, breathing (stationary and in motion), physical coordination, and general calisthenics. I have worked with individuals as a class instructor and one on one. Martial arts background includes training under two masters in the US and a grand master in Okinawa, Japan. I have received black belt rankings from each master.
