Hello! I have lots of energy, support & encouragement to offer my clients. I am a certified Group Fitness instructor, since 2001. In 2003 I became a yoga and Pilates instructor. In 2007 I quit my "real" job to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I certified through ACE as a Personal Trainer, became zumba dance certified and was accepted to be an examiner & Presenter for the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. 2009 started working as a AFAA yoga and pilates presenter.
