I combine cardiovascular training, strength training, balance, flexibility and when appropriate nutritional feedback. I have completed over 6,500 sessions with clients ranging in age from eight to 98 years old. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher - Yoga Alliance and Certified Spin Instructor.
