Grew up in USAF careerfield of Sports, Fitness & Recreation. Retired as Subject Matter Expert, Author and Master Trainer. I have two seperate degrees in Fitness, Recreation & Services Management and Instructor of Technology in Military Science. The last 13 years were spent as Personal Training Coordinator and Fitness Program Coordinator for a large wellness module medically based in Flint, MI. I have many years of experience with pilates, sports, post rehab, obesity, close head injury, spinal cord injury, MS, Adult & Peds Bariactrics and Comprehensive Family Weight Loss. I'm a NPC judge and national level competitor. My mission is inspiring others to produce optimum efficiency in all areas of health, fitness and well-being by providing comprehensive programming, motivation and education.
