I have been a fitness professional since 2002 when I was the Assistant Coach for a local youth Track and Field team. I received the honor of being named the Tampa Tribune Female Athlete of the Year in 1998. In 2006 I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer after being a standout athlete in Basketball, Volleyball, Track-and-Field, and Weightlifting. I have experience training women and children from the ages of 5 and up. I specialize in weight management, sports conditioning, and strength training. My philosophy is that no one Has time. It has to be Made or Taken, but it is so often Wasted.
