Through a combination of personal training, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle and weight management tools, I will give you the formula to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life. Your health and confidence is guaranteed to improve. Is my method some new, gimmicky way to change your life with no effort? Absolutely not. What I do is serve as the one source for only the information and tools you really need to change your look and your life. I will guide you through it all, step by step. I work you out, plan your workouts when you train on your own, help you make healthy diet choices, and provide email and phone guidance whenever you need it. I'll even take you grocery shopping and show you how to make the healthiest selections. My goal is to help you incorporate these changes into your life so eventually you won't need me anymore! I have many successful clients who are willing to serve as references upon request. I offer some of the lowest prices in Fairfield County for these services. How? Because I have a state-of-the-art facility right in my home (photos available upon request). I keep my overhead low and transfer the savings to you.
