I am a graduate of the Exercise Physiology masters program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I also have acquired a B.S. in Exercise Science from the university in May 2007. I love to work with athletes and enjoy the drive and motivation that many of them have. I have worked with various athletes ranging from middle school youth to professionals. On the other hand, I also like to work with older adults. It is very rewarding to bring their quality of life to satisfactory levels. Health & Fitness is a deep passion that I have.
