Jamie O'Connor is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong athlete. Jamie's specialty is compassionately motivating people of all ages to get on the path to good health and find a sport or program they can be passionate about. She was the regional manager for the AVON Breast Cancer Walks and bike-a-thons in New England, and more recently coached men and women to prepare for 600-mile cycling rides in Europe. Jamie loves to teach people new sports. Before her current job at the YMCA, Jamie coached high school lacrosse and field hockey and soccer camps for kids. She played soccer, squash, and lacrosse at Connecticut College in New London, CT. She moved to Los Angeles from New York and loves cycling, tennis, the beach, and nature.
