Hello all, my name is Kathy Baker. I am so pleased to be able to say that I am recently certified as an ACE Health Coach. Through AFAA, I have been certified as a group exercise instructor for 25 years and 14 years as a personal trainer. Helping people feel better and reach their fitness goals is what I am all about. This is the reason I felt compelled to pursue an ACE health coaching certification. It builds on the skills I currently utilize in working with clients, with the added component of assisting people in the area of weight management and health related behaviors.
