I am passionately devoted to educating my clients on their entire lifestyle including personal training, nutrition/cooking, meditation, spirituality and emotional support tools for stress management to fulfill their complete health and wellness. To be "fit" does not only include our physical appearance but health encompasses all of which I mentioned above. I believe in a holistic approach to everything involving our bodies and minds and strive to educate my clients on that type of enriched lifestyle to develop them to be the best person inside and out! I am a nationally certified Personal Trainer (ACE-PT) and nutrition professional who obtained my Master of Science in Dietetics degree to become a Registered Dietitian. I have a strong background with several years of experience in culinary arts and restaurant management holding a Bachelor's degree from the Culinary Institute of America. The distinguishing factor that separates my services as a "Personal Trainer" from others, is that I utilize my culinary degree to incorporate not only customizing a healthy nutrition plan, but also a desirable one that includes tastier menu items personalized to my client's liking.
