Fitness and exercise has always been a major part of Andres life growing up. From playing all types of sports since he was young to watching his father train kickboxing, Andre has always had a passion for fitness. Playing Division 1 soccer at San Diego State University has helped him gain knowledge and experience from some of the best trainers around and takes great pride in his strong work ethic and mental strength to get through a workout without quitting. Throughout the years, this passion has only grown stronger and Andre is now happy to be in a position to be able to help others live a longer and healthier life, while training in a fun and safe environment.
