In 2007, I suffered a major heart attack. That was a wake up call that totally changed my life. Over the next few years, I changed my diet and activity levels and became an advocate for healthy living. I began my professional career in fitness as a Zumba Instructor and gradually added a full range of specialty skills to my resume. I also began to actively train in other fitness areas, and am happy to be an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Now, I am helping other people overcome health problems related to poor diet and sedentary lifestyle. This all gives great meaning to my life and makes all my efforts worth while.
