Fitness has been part of my life since childhood. I grew up playing soccer on the streets of Accra Ghana. Racing with friends, played volleyball and table tennis. I became more passionate about fitness after gaining 60lbs in about 8 months. Gaining that amount of weight within that months of sedentary lifestyle was devastating. and the surprising thing was that, I never realized how sedentary I was until I decided to go for a jog. I couldn’t finish a one-mile jog. I was gasping for air and my whole body was hurting. This experience totally changed my life. I have more empathy for people who are struggling with obesity or lack of motivation to keep up with an exercise routine. I work with people from all walks of life. It doesn’t matter what your background is. I am passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals which will transform you to have a healthier and happier life. As a fitness instructor and a license soccer coach, I'm specialize in overall fitness, sports and conditioning, weight lost and group fitness
