I am originally from Arkansas, where I received my degree in Sociology from ASU. After graduating college I moved from Dallas to Bakersfield, which was a huge step in my life! I fell in love with all things fitness shortly after moving here. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council of Exercise, I also have a Sports Nutrition and a Fitness Nutrition Specialty certificate and currently working on my Health Coach Certificate. I can genuinely say the gym has changed my life in the most positive way. I know I will be in the fitness industry for the rest of my life! I love helping others reach their goals (not only the physical aspect, but the mental aspect as well). Aside from working out, I love being outside! I absolutely love hiking, biking, paddle boarding, back packing, and anything outside in the sun!
