My Pilates Studio offers private, semi-private, and independent pilates studio sessions utilizing two reformers, cadillac, chairs, mats and barrels. Certified by both ACE and Pilates, experienced, and insured instructor is also cardio consultant. Excellent in postural assessment and personalized exercise prescription for the deconditioned person, moderate exerciser, pre/post natal client, fit athlete and golfer. Trained at The Pilates Studio of New York, apprenticed in Europe and New York with elder, Romana Kryzanowska. Convenient residential location with beautiful views and easy parking. Lori likes to teach clients to love Pilates and also coach them with their cardio and gym workouts. Meld together all of these modalities to wake up your metabolism, tone muscles, improve posture and stand taller, and increase your energy by leaps and bounds! Lori has a special place in her heart for older adults; she works at her training now in order to enjoy that phase of her life with vigor and vitality! The fully equipped Pilates studio in the lower level of her home is on a heavily treed lot with a pond to add to the beauty of the experience.
