I have been an ACE certified instructor for 15 years. I LOVE interacting with adults and youth of all ages. My passion for being a healthy adult physically and mentally would benefit anyone looking for a personal trainer or group exercise instructor. I'm particularly interested in helping older adults maintain and improve their present fitness level. I worked in the nursing home industry for several years and developed a profound respect for the senior population. I have two young daughters who are also developing a love for fitness and exercise. After taking some time off to raise my daughters, I'm back in the exercise field and anxious to help others reach their full potential! My energy and enthusiasm for the field of fitness is contagious!
