I have had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals, teams and corporate organizations improve their health, fitness and lives since 1988. I build long-term relationships with my clients that are grounded in trust, mutual accountability, and that regularly exceed client expectations.
I own and operate Monumental Results, in San Diego, Ca and our motto is, "Small, consistent change, over significant periods of time, leads to monumental results."
I live this motto in every area of my life and because of that I have had success far beyond my natural abilities academically, athletically and professionally.
My professional aim is to educate, encourage and inspire my clients and the nation. It is for that reason that I have written and am publishing my first book in February 2013, called Going the Distance.
In an attempt to share the good news about health and lifelong fitness I have also served as a featured expert on CBS Nightly News, NBC and multiple Southern California TV stations, as well as for the San Diego Union Tribune.
