Originally from the Netherlands I currently live in Bonn, Germany. I decided to get certified about 15 years ago, since I love aerobics, or generally moving to music. I was also looking for an extra skill I could take with me on our many moves. I took some additional courses to include yoga in my classes, over the years I gradually moved more towards teaching yoga. Before moving to Bonn I taught yoga to mixed ages and abilities, focussing on posture, balance and relaxation in Malawi. I have taught older adults as well, after taking a special training while still in New York.
