About
I have been a Professional Firefighter/EMT for the past 12 years. I am a 7-year veteran of the United States Air Force. I have been Personal Training for 12 years. I have been competing in National-level Figure & Bodybuilding Competitions for the past 9 years and recently earned professional status with the IFBB as a Women's Physique Pro. I won my first two professional shows this year...the Chicago Wings of Strength in July and the Tampa Pro in August. I have an extensive background in golf; having played for 27 years, I competed in the military, at the collegiate level for 4 years and on the Futures' Golf Tour for 2 years. My clients range in age from 10-70, some of them also competitors. I also hold ISSAs Specialist in Performance Nutrition certification so I assist my clients by designing proper nutrition plans so they get the best results from our training. I am currently pursuing ISSA's Strength and Conditioning certification. I am always learning new things so that I can offer the most to my clients.
