About

I would like to begin by saying that I am a professional who believes that fitness combined with good nutrition are the basis for the fountain of youth. I relay this to my clients at the beginning and during their training sessions. Trainers are there to help clients achieve their goals by knowledge, guidance and encouragement. I have had much success with weight loss clients as well as those whose goals are more directed towards toning and/or building bulk. Also, I work with young athletes wishing to improve endurance, speed and agility. My clients consist of both male and female, young and old. I am an avid biker, swimmer, mountain climber, hiker, and overall athlete who enjoys the outdoors. Some of my training sessions are done outdoors during all seasons. A strong body....a clear mind. I attend conventions throughout the year to keep abreast of what is new. During these conventions, I try to obtain new certifications in my field. I am also a certified group fitness instructor and I work with classes as well as small groups of 2 or more in various areas of fitness (weight training, aerobics, spin, pilate, kettle bells, weights, bands, therapy ball, etc.). I practice what I preach and only preach what I have personally practiced successfully.
