Training History: I have been training clients of all ages and abilities both privately and at gyms around NYC since 2001. Over this time I have developed programs for people right in their homes with very minimal equipment. I've helped them achieve their goals which vary from simple weight loss and muscle development to sport specific athletic achievements. About Me: I graduated from the University of Rochester with a BA in Psychology and was a swimmer and diver for 6 years. I have since become a competitive runner and triathlete (swimming, biking and running) and generally race all distances upwards of 15 times a year. Through constant reading, I keep updated on the most recent training research and apply that to both my training and to my clients.
