Dawn is the owner of Lifestyle & Fitness Coaching, an independent fitness business in Oro Valley, Az. She provides customized personal training and lifestyle coaching to individuals and small groups. One of Dawn's specialties is coaching beginner/intermediate runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to complete 5k through marathon distance events.
