My love for fitness started at a young age with constant involvement in dance and cheerleading. It evolved as I later became aware of the great fitness icons such as Tamilee Webb, Kathy Smith, Jane Fonda as a teenager. It then developed into something much deeper when I went off to college and realized that helping others understand and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle was truly a passion of mine. I've worked at a variety of facilities such as community centers, women's gym, sports rehab facility, your local neighborhood gym, and currently within the corporate fitness industry. I have worked with people of all shapes, sizes, and age, helping them to get past those hurdles keeping them from reaching their fitness goals. I've worked with shift workers, retirees, college students, moms, and the work-driven individual with not much time to spare. I'm up for a challenge, and this includes yours. :-)
