I am a middle aged speech therapist who has survived a pedestrian vs car accident in my thirties. Had I not been an exercise advocate, I would not have survived this ordeal. Physical Therapy and my continued adherence to exercise refurbished my mind and my body. I currently teach Pilates along with being a Personal Trainer. My other career involves early intervention for children ages birth to three years/ four years who have communication disorders.
