About
Nancy Giles' interest in fitness and well-being began early on and she chose Physical Education as her major in college. She recieved a Bachelor of Science Degree at the State University of New York, Brockport. She has obtained her teaching certificate from New York, and Georgia and spent the greater part of her career in fitness education teaching all ages how to improve their lives through exercise and good nutrition. She left the educational arena and joined a local physician where she was trained in rehabilitation exercises and achieved multiple certifications. With a strong background in post-rehab fitness, Nancy enjoys making exercise accessible to all. Today Nancy manages and does personal training at Synergist Fitness, a medical fitness center in Woodstock, GA. She works closely with Physicians to develop and implement fitness and wellness exercise programs.
