I was born and raised in beautiful San Diego where I earned my undergraduate degree from University of California San Diego and my Master's from San Diego State University. I currently live in the heart of San Diego and would love to be your neighborhood trainer. I have been a personal trainer for over ten years and am excited for every day I get to work with clients and teach them how to make healthy lifestyle changes. I have worked with clients as young as 8 years old and clients who are in their 90s. Exercise and fitness have been a passion of mine my entire life, and my goal is to motivate and inspire others to learn to love exercise and incorporate it into their daily lives.
