I have been personal training for eight years. I have always made fitness a top priority for myself and am excited to share the benefits with others. Working out is like brushing your teeth. It is not a choice! Maintaining and pushing your body is part of taking care of yourself and I consider it essentail. I also teach Yoga, Sculpt and Framework classes. Mixing it up/cross training keeps it interesting and does not allow your body to adapt. Also, it is great way to try new things. Everybody has there niche in the exercise world. I am exited to help you discover it.
