I first got into personal training in 1999 and then opened my own private training studio in 2002. My goal when starting my own business was to get rid of the hassles of contracts, multi-session packages, cookie-cutter workouts, and non appropriate training regimens for the clients. I wanted to put the focus squarely on the trainees needs and personal safety. Luckily our concept has grown and we now have three other trainers working with us as independent contractors. We work with all ages (currently 91-16) and concentrate on their specific goals. We'd love the opportunity to talk with you about your fitness needs.
