I am a recently ACE certified personal trainer. At present, I am continuing my education through various CECs and in the fall, I will be taking the ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Course followed by the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist course. My interests are mainly weight management, strength training and mind and body. Once I have all of my certifications, I won't mind working with all populations. If I were to specialize, it would be more towards core training, which I find very interesting and challenging.
