I have lived in the fitness industry for almost 30 years. I am a California native and got my start first as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor & Water Fitness Instructor for the US Navy as a DoD civilian then eventually took on the role as the command MWR Fitness Coordinator at Naval Air Station Lemoore. As fitness evolved in that time, I did too. In addition to personal training, my passion lays in Function Fitness, Metabolic Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting but, I can also teach just about anything from Aqua Fitness to Yoga for Athletes. I truly enjoy helping my clients and athletes become a better version of themselves and educate the importance of functional training and maintaining a well-rounded quality of life, mind-body-soul. I also really enjoy coaching competitive functional fitness and weightlifting for those who still have something to prove! In my spare time, I will still occasionally compete in local CrossFit throwdowns, I enjoy drawing, painting and Japanese Stab-binding books. I also enjoy spending time with my family listening to music and going to concerts, watching movies, traveling and GLAMPing. I also enjoy craft beer, good wine and consider myself a major foodie, in moderation of course!
