The Pilates Method is my specialty. I work with the STOTT reformer and mat equipment. I have a passion for the middle and high school age athlete because now at a younger age the overuse injuries are on the incline. I believe in perserving or enhancing your flexibility to enjoy life the way you want to live it not the way your body is letting you live life.
