Lisa Bolin has been an athletic individual for most of her life. She began running at the age of nine, weight lifting at fourteen, and has become York County, South Carolina's first professional female boxer at twenty-eight. She is certified with ACE for personal training, group fitness instruction, and is the only ACE Trainer registered with AARP in York County. Lisa not only teaches fitness, but is a fitness leader through example. She loves to teach, learn, and motivate fitness for the community.
