- I am passionate, friendly, approachable, optimistic, positive, honest, diligent and hard working; I have been a grafter all my life and I put utmost care into my clients. - I have a great interest in helping people in anyway possible, lifting them up with positive words throughout the day, giving them credit where it is earned, helping them better there lives, lift there spirit and there mind. - I have a extreme love for the fitness, health and rehabilitation industry, it’s apart of my everyday life and my goal is to make it apart of everyone that I meet in a hope that it will improve there lives as much as it has mine. - I am a born again Christian, I live everyday to give glory to Jesus Christ our Lord and savior, I have biblical morals and values and apply what the bible teaches to my everyday life. - As a Personal Trainer I love to make sessions enjoyable and fun, leaving clients feeling revived and ready to go out into there everyday lives. I feel it is of the utmost importance to make each and every minute during a session count, by paying all attention towards the client throughout the session, ensuring better client feedback and client referral. - I always help the clients strive to do there best and breakthrough their mental barrier during workouts, leaving them impressed with themselves, I believe looking good is feeling good.
