I have always enjoyed playing sports & games since childhood and started going to gym in high school. In college I was awarded for my outstanding performance in weightlifting and powerlifting. After college I did my post graduation in Management. After few years of administrative job I pursued my career in the health & fitness industry in 2007, January by becoming a certified personal trainer. Initially I worked in health club for 6 months and then became a freelance personal trainer. After two years I got certified in Group Fitness instruction also. At present I have a good client base in personal training & aerobics. My interest are sports performance, corrective exercise. I believe my enthusiasm in training & instruction motivates participants to make lasting impacts on their lifestyle to meet their health & fitness goals.
