As you can see I haven’t always been a fitness enthusiast. My educational background is actually in Finance (honors). Yes, I was a math nerd. Why, the switch? Because I have found my passion, not just something I’m good at. My obsession is motivating people to feel better from the inside out. I was blessed to have met a great trainer and I hope to be able to achieve the same connection/friendships. I want to meet your goals just as badly as you do, I love seeing the change in peoples body and life. I have recently had a baby boy and took a 9 month vacation from working out (due to smell sensitivity). I put on close to 50lbs over this period. I’m proud to say I’m back to my pre-baby weight, no gimmicks, no fads, no starving, just steadily increasing my activity (not killing myself). Ultimately, I have no idea where this new career path is going to take me. All I know is that I adore fitness, love meeting new people and encouraging them to meet their goals. I’m proof that it is possible and that it’s not just a quick fix but a permanent lifestyle.
