Im a trainer who understands the struggles of both the mental and physical aspects of weight management. Most people who go to gyms generally have a basic understanding of the equiptment and what main muscle group a particular machine is designed for while others just plainly dont know what machine is for what and get completely dicouraged leading them to throw in the towel long before even completing a full set. Patience and perfection is my philosophy. I regress a lot of basic excersises going through the steps so that one would be able to reach their full capacity once they have the proper technique.
