My desire is to improve your overall quality of life, while encouraging, motivating, and educating you along the way.
Philosophy: Nutrition and exercise are the answer. Nutrition is the key to fueling your body. When it comes to your car, you want to maintain the engine by changing the oil, fueling with the required octane gas, and a changing plugs and belts as needed. Your body is no different… you must fuel it like a machine and maintain it by giving it the best nutrients you can and incorporating exercise for peak performance. Exercise releases endorphins, AKA the feel good hormone. The better you feel, the better you perform, sleep, focus, the more energy you have, and the list goes on. The stronger you are mind and body, the more positive life is.
