About
My name is Edmund Graham. I have been an ACE certified trainer since 1999. Throughout my entire life, physical engagement has always been my "on" button. As a kid, all the sandlot games led to playing baseball in school, then gave way to running and lifting weights. And the(my) physical fitness branches out into endless pursuits - surfing, mountain climbing, all the various tri-athlons, bike events/tours etc.. Good fitness has been a gift that strengthens your everyday life style. I am most pleased to teach, pass along and hopefully implement fitness plans for clients. Everyone's equation is different, and that is the enjoyable challenge. We all have obstacles and roadblocks to our entry, or maintainence of good health. I have had my own. And I have found that the only way through it, is to go through it. There is no way around the work. And, as humans we all posess, somewhere, the spirit to find and work for our fitness path.
